No rank rewards (battle grounds)

When the season reset, I had been set to silver 3 and all the rewards were shown: 9900 trophy tokens, 1k elders marks and some other stuff, but I got nothing for it (username is masterpenguino7) unfortunately I didn't screen shot the rewards, but I got nothing .

    You need to play 5 matches to get those rewards. I assume you haven’t done that yet.
