How can I tell if my account is linked?

I've got an account that's years old, I've gotten new iphones and switched without issues. How do I tell how my account is linked? I dont really know if my account is linked to my itunes gamecenter account or my kabam account. When I try and log into kabam in game, I get a warning saying "Account already linked, do you want to log in with this account" I dont want to switch and wind up losing my current game progress. Suggestions?
