Tech r5 decision

Tech used to be my weakest class until yesterday and suddenly I got these two bad boys. I already r4ed them and can Awaken and pump 100 sigs for one of them. Which one should I r5?
My only good tech champs apart from them are Omega Sentinel and Hulkbuster 6 star

Is his sig worthy? Dmg cap is useful but I already have bleed/incenerate immune champs. So can I r5 him at sig 1 itself?

But I'd awaken the Nimrod and pump wigs into him ASAP.

I'd rather a have a r4 max sig Nimrod though, than a r5 FAM. But if both were max sig, I'd do FAM because Nimrod is already going to do what he does best at r4.

My next r5 after Nick is FAM ..amazing attacker and defender. I do have both Nimrod and FAM at r4 sig 200.

The Fantman is crazy..Just have a few intercepts Build till SP2 (almost till SP3) use Light combo to use SP1, Hit 3 times, Use SP2, Game Over
