War- P1/2 rewards always expected with tier 1-2 toggling expected as is.

Focus is on revamping war planning for increased T1 success. Amd staying power. Need Full war planners for each bg.
Or- atleast to plan the minis and boss island from compiled lane attacker lists.

Bg’s- 400 loose minimum. Goal is all milestones with chance of going over 1-10% rank rewards.
