is this normal for a help ticket?

ive submitted a help ticket and its been open for nearly 2 days with no response...
i know its not that long in the grand scheme of things but its quite a while when my other ones have been replied to within the same day generally.
should i resend my help ticket to kabam? or should i wait?

    24 hours is the minimum a ticket can take to get a response. Keep in mind that your ticket isn't the only ticket submitted.

    All the kabaam employees were at the live event. What do you think they contract support out to a country with cheaper wages like India or something?

    my response saying i dont have a track of days has a few disagrees, does that mean you think i do have a track of days? im not sure exactly but tha k you for thinking so highly of me anyway

    they replied to my ticket and apologised, said they had alot of tickets to respond to recently. but im not bothered anyway, like someone said its the weekend
