War attacker stuck in a war

I am unable to select Claire for war attack despite her not being locked in any quest,aq or war defence. Below are the screenshots of the champ and my war defence

Big thanks…we dropped down to tier 3 after the last war and that opened the defence placement of hard map where she was placed
