5.3 locked gates problem [Under Investigation]

I am trying to rerun some paths in 5.3 and the locked Gates are showing red like i dont have the keys... I am 100% done with 5.3 so they should be unlocked... Its been like this since maintenance.

    It shows you don't have the corresponding keys to unlock those paths. Below your energy it shows 0 keys in Tech, Mystic and Cosmic. You have to find those keys in various paths of 5.3.1-5.3.6

    I am 100% done with 5.3 ...i have all the keys... You can see i already cleared all paths...i should be able to rerun them like i was doing before the maintenance.

    When you use the key to unlock a path and finish, you don't retain the key. That picture above shows you have 0 Tech, Mystic and Cosmic keys.

    If you think you have Tech, Cosmic and Mystic keys and there truly is a bug, please post a picture of your inventory. That will show how many keys you have.

    Im not sure if you can rerun those locked gate paths once you've 100% 5.3.

    He has 0 keys because he has already used all of them in 100% exploring 5.3, he has already told you this 2 times (or 3, including this response).

    Once you unlock a gate, it no longer exists and that path is forever opened. This is a bug and I hope Kabam looks into this asap.

    You can clearly see on both pictures that those red paths have already been taken... If you're skeptical... Go read the next post

    I think Haji meant show a screenshot that proves you 100% Act 5 Chapter 3. For all we know, you could have just 100% explored this quest only.

    It doesn't matter if he has 100% the whole chapter or not. The point is that the solid lines should mean that it's unlocked. If it's a visual bug and they are not completed then that is something else again.

    I think that is the misunderstanding.

    You have to complete paths in other quests to obtain keys for this quest.

    EDIT: scratch that, I read it wrong. Might be a bug.

    I think anyone who already completed 100% 5.3 check this....issues..

    Hey @Namtar555. If you submit a ticket to Customer Support about this, they should be able to help you out. You can submit one in game by tapping the gear icon in the top left corner of your home screen, then choosing Support. Thanks!

    Contact support?? That is really not offering much help since their responses are just boiler plate replies without any attempt to understand a problem. He's posting here, multiple times(!), asking for help and perhaps you can assist in taking this to the game team also.

    This is the biggest pile of **** ive ever read...
    I could've grinded 5.3 for energy refills,gold and iso for two weeks but instead i was locked out of it...
    The problem isn't even resolved and my ticket gets thrown away telling me the 3 energy refills i got as a compensation are the only thing ill get...
