What are the costs to an Alliance for entering Quests and Wars

I need to find out what the Treasury requirements are for entering into Alliance Quests and Alliance Wars.

Why would a leader ask for Arena and Loyalty credits?

Alliance quests-
Map 4: 400k gold, 0 BC, 25k Loyalty
Map 5: 800k gold, 175k BC, 75k loyalty
Map 6: 3 mil gold, 500k BC, 200k loyalty

Because they are needed to run the maps. Something Kabam decided on.
