False bans and suspensions

I am sick of tired of Kabams incorrect account suspensions and their inability and unwillingness to investigate properly. Just been suspended for account sharing, well i don't share accounts, i play my account on multiple devices always in the same geographical location. I don't mind that their auto claptrap does these incorrect bans, what I do object to is that when you inform them they are wrong that they can't be bothered to investigate and work out that you aren't a cheat. The time before this when I was suspended for using a new Samsung s23 ultra, it was too new for their system and i assume they thought it was something else. I was quickly reinstated, but no apology etc. So why is there not a proper appeal process for people in the right.

Are you stupid enough to think they don't make mistakes ? I'm ranting because Kabam support were zero help and just cut and pasted that they couldn't explain why they thought I was account sharing. We're all skeptical because we've seen these posts 100's of times and it always turns out they shared their accounts. The pop-up window that shows in game, does it say you were banned because of account sharing? What part of the ToS does it say you violated?

I complete Thronebreaker each month, do a few battles and a path or 2 in AW and AQ. I have a fairly good account, about 15 7 stars I think. I did reach out to support, expecting them to take the time to check their data and un-suspend me, instead I got their cut and paste nonsense about account sharing even in the same home to be against policy. So it appears that's it's not my brother in Venezuela that is the problem but the imaginary one who apparently lives with me at 35. Look the global chat is toxic so perhaps I shouldn't have expected anything else here. All I'm saying is sometimes they make mistakes, they need to actual own up to this and do the legwork to see that perhaps a tech guy does have multiple devices and that he's been doing it for years. I even played the game on a Boox ultra tab c (colour eink) just to see how terrible it was. I've written all of 5 posts in my life, my account is the andymyth as it is here, if I was an actual cheat I'd have been vocal a few more times than this. I was interested to see if a few proper people had actually had an issue. Oh and before anyone says you can't have multiple accounts in the same alliance, yes you can, I checked with Kabam support several times and playing multiple accounts is no problem. Oh I just realised what you meant by match your alt in BG's, lol, no only 1 of my other accounts is even level 60, the reset are around the 40-50 level, just use for AW and AQ sometimes, don't play BG with them. None of these accounts have been banned I hasten to add. I told the support guy about each of them so he could see it's the same round robin on the same devices. They didn't check any of it, Kabam is lazy, and immoral with zero empathy for an 8 year player.

Onyx Book has to have the store enabled, it doesnt have a Play Store by default, basically has uses the store same way as an emulator does.

Nope boox tab ultra c is a Google certified device and comes with playtime enabled. I thought people might be a bit more tech savvy on here
