Kabam Support: unable to help me

@Kabam Miike @Kabam Jax Kabam Support is unable to help me .
I have submitted my request many time ( ticket: #515358 ) . I want to change my Kabam email address, cause I have deleted that email address.

I have provided all account recovery questions correctly except the original in-game name.
It's been a long time and I don't remember that name . I have access to the game as the account is also linked with my Google play account, so playing is not a problem but to access the web store I need kabam account.

I have tried all ways but the support team just raises their hands without helping me.

This is the last means left, I know you guys have said to contact the support team for issues like this but as they keep replying to me like a machine without helping like a human.
If the team can just send me the email reset link to the in-game mail even that is fine . Or just disconnect the kabam account for my game , I will link a new one.

Kindly fix the Account recovery questions.
