Omega red lost his prime.
It works well on domino with free power gain and sp2 damage.
Swap him to cable/OR whenever you use them on quests

It's not great on OR, the bleed is really short, and all your spores fall off while the striker is active if you don't have a degen on them already.

I have mine on Omega Red but Domino is definitely the best option. If they change relic interactions and make it so using a striker actually counts as being close to the defender then it will definitely be great on him but right now not so much.
