Bug while fighting with Kate Bishop against Black Widdow deadly origin

I’ve gotten against bwdo once in war a couple of weeks back and died 4 times with Kate bishop because the game crashes before you enter the fight. Now just yet I matched a bwdo in arena with my Kate and it happened again. I tested it a couple more times in practice mode and it keeps happening the game crashes before you enter the match. Is this happening to other people as well?
