Will I be able to claim these rewards?

So I just joined a new alliance, I didn’t do or claim anything for the alliance battlegrounds event. Will these rewards be claimable to me in 7 days or am I just totally locked out of them?

You'll be able to get the rank rewards, but not the milestones that were achieved before you got there
