How to sign up for beta tests?

I'm always seeing people get invited to take part in the beta tests but not me even though I'm paragon and am caught up.. I only got 1 beta invite ever and that was years ago...

    I don’t think there’s a sign up, either you get the invitation or don’t.

    It's only there if you get invited. You don't have to signup if you're invited though.
