If by "All around", you mean a good defender in AW and BGs, as well as a versatile enough attacker to be used in a majority of content, I think my top 10, in no particular order, would be something like this:

Both are very round but Mojo is slouching on a chair so it makes it look rounder.

Sersi is a good all-rounder champion. She is a tough defender and an amazing attacker. Even in the hazard shift meta, you can just heavy, MM and now all shocks and bleeds on you have 90% of their duration reduced. That means you're not going to be having those stack like no one's business and just melt you. Really nice if you don't have any other options

Havok can play the roll. At least forces your opponent to have a counter… or they could have bad time.

Not the fastest on offense but is a great Korg counter and can solve some other problems in a pinch.
