Necropolis MVP?

Now that the release date for Necropolis has been announced I was wondering, who will be the MVP? Champs with dot are going to be the best ones by far due to the damage cap but in your opinion who will be the best one? These are obviously just predictions since we don't know enough about the defenders or the nodes yet.

Shuri will have extra time as a 7*, has great damage when ramped up (which won’t take long) and on top of that she’s got so much utility. I think she’ll be able to take a lot of fights.

I have Gorr at 7sr2, awakened. His special damage I suppose will be capped, but his DOT can get nutty.

Btw does anyone know if red numbers will ignore the damage cap same way they ignore nodes like safeguard? I could see 6* Cassie or even 7* Silk being great if red numbers ignore the damage cap.

The damage cap is already very high, most champions won't even be able to hit it. Cassie certainly won't come anywhere near the damage cap, even with 40 power stings, and silk would only reach beyond it on some fights if you do sp3 to sp2 combo.

Stryfe could also be a mvp, he could be fully ramped up in one fight and he has some very nice utility like countering evades and taking no passive damage on his mediums and heavies, remove unstoppable effects, block unblockable attacks, and great damage when ramped. I might even rank up my 6* for this.

I'm not making any predictions with this but I'm really curious how Vox will fare in there. He builds up his degen damage over time and I've yet to do any content where I feel like I've really maxed him out. I have a feeling that his degen could go nuts in there. My main question would be how much time you'd have ticking away at max damage before the countdown ends. If you have a fair bit of time, he could be insane. If it takes too long to ramp up and he can't access his max damage for very long, then it might be less ideal. But if there's any content where he'd realistically be supposed to ramp up to full damage, I suspect that it'd be there.

Well, that's not entirely true though. Sure, we don't know what we're up against 100% but based on the few clips we've seen and the information we've already been given (such as the damage cap), we can already start narrowing down some options.
There's a pretty high chance that one of the champs mentioned in this thread will be the MVP indeed, 50% of the other big damage dealers will be terrible due to the damage cap alone.

I don't even know if Herc would work well because of the damage cap. His red numbers can bypass it but those depend on his yellow numbers which can't bypass it. I don't feel like doing the actual Math so we'll see I suppose lol but I don't think it'll go to well.

Damage cap in abyss is 85k
Damage cap in necro will be atleast 150k which herc can only get when he's 5/65 ascended and when his last sp 2 Hit crits with 3 cruelty
