Paragon/Valiant unit Cyber offers

My question is if one finishes exploring the Necropolis within the time that Cyber deals already went out but they are still live - does that one still get to see Valiant offers although he entered Cyber as paragon?

I would guess yes. Since the majority who become valiant by the end of the sale will complete necropolis and then spend enough for the second r3.

Yes, I believe Kabam employees confirmed this.

I imagine it would be like most progression type things where you unlock it, probably reboot the game, and there will be new things in your inbox or notifications within the storefront.

I've already read a couple things where people are stating if you aren't Valiant BEFORE Cyber rolls out, you're locked out of those offers once you achieve it during the sales week altogther. Highly, HIGHLY doubt that since Kabam knows some are going to utilize them TO become Valiant.
