Where is my 1* Symbiote that I spent $ on?

I completed every one of the Candy Crush challenges, spent a little bit of money as well. Just wondering why he is no longer visible in my champion list?

    My symbiote only reached barelly 8k P.I. No way to level up more, cause he have the green star of max level.

    But, I saw one guy with a 15k Symbiote on BG.

    So, people with better rank than Uncollected could rank up more than 8k?

    You probably saw him with increased stats when he was a defender.
