my account banned for playing battlegrounds

My account banned for playing season 12 ... My frnds told me that kabam is banning those players who are winning
and loosing continuously ...can anyone tell me if I am facing high player 4-5 times Continuously will i lose or win?? Obv i will loose... Sometimes i faced small account 4-5 times Continously obv i'll win....they just banned me for this winning and loosing streak....i agree most of players are using mod and they should be banned ...but what about thos innocent players including me who got banned for not using mod..... @Kabam Miike

    I recommend you read the forum post war against cheaters update November 2023 it explains it in there what they are looking for and what will and won't get you banned it's not just winning and losing

    You’re assuming the ban was legit like Kabam doesn’t make mistakes.
    This seems like a mistake.

    This whole bg thing is garbage.You really can’t enforce the losers. Sometimes it sucks. Try to figure out the winners from the losers.

    While not being able to figure out the map 4 mastery points.

    Tighten up.

    They are not going to tell you why you got banned especially not on a public forum post also they don't have to specify what part of the tos you violated

    I mean they have 11 seasons of data to go off of so they should beable to have something in place to detect it plus they do manually review all those accounts that pop up now I'm not saying mistakes can't happen no one is perfect but it also might not even have anything to do with the bg issue they just banned 2k accounts for tos violations

    I know there is an issue with act 4 not giving mastery point but it's not called a Map its a chapter if you are going to bash on something atleast get the name right btw I mentioned act 4 you just called it map 4 lol talk about calling someone a piece of trash and before you try calling the 6 quests maps those are quests maps are for aq

    So tell them how to do it. If it's that easy, you should be able to explain how to do it right? Explain it here, in detail along with the coding process.
