Cosmic rank up

Trying to decide to rank up 5* KK or 5* Ronan, other choice would be either 4* Marvels to rank 5, and no i do not have hyperion or Medusa and have already rank 5 other 4*s. Too many cosmic t4cc, so i have to rank somebody up
