yes, pretty much any cosmic with a lot of buffs because it helps you knock off more armor. I just did the fight last night and it wasn't too bad at all

For Cerastes you can bring any champ with serious burst damage... So yes, CGR should work...

I used Angela with Odin pre-fights for the majority of it, also used Odin and Herc. Odin honestly did the best out of everyone, especially when Cerastes would enter his wounded state and I could drop an SP2...huge damage

He works well, though I thought Gorr and Herc did a little better. You will want a 5* or 6* relic to make the timing smooth. 4* relics can work, but it is harder to get into a good rhythm. I think having a higher rarity relic is more important than a specific champion. Lot's of cosmic champs should be able to take him.

I did the fight yesterday and brought rank4 CGR and rank3 Angela (with Odin prefights). They both worked but I found angela to be more durable , less stressful. Not that it was a stressful fight …..

What is this "timing smooth" that you're talking about? I already 100% 8.3 but I don't pay much attention to relics. @mbgibson

So one of his corrupted armors needs to be broke by hitting him with a striker. The higher rarity relic the fewer hits are needed to fill the spirit gauge. A 6* relic takes 6 hits, 5* takes 8, 4* takes 10, and a 3* takes 12 hits. Since you need to stagger which corrupted armor you damage and need to time them to all be broke around the same time (or they refresh) having a striker ready to go just made the fight easier for me.

For example with a 6* relic: Throw the relic (breaks spirit armor), heavy during the stun (breaks leg armor), dex the SP1, run into for the auto block (breaks the shield armor), and all one needs is a 5-hit combo cause of the hits from heavy and you can go right into the striker again. 3* relic would need another 2x combos before the cycle is ready to repeat.

I used 7 stars Venom and Gamora! Both did really well. Liked venom the most
