Is it cheater in Battlegrounds or not?

Sorry, I thought there would be a thread to post potential cheaters, but there isn't one? I couldn't find one, but if there is, please let me know.
Had a match in BG and first round the opponent finished with 100% health. Which is definitely possible, but how likely?
What was more weirder is the second round. It was related to the connection. I know it's ridiculous and I think people posted before about cheaters messing with their connections, lol, but now I can understand. I fought second round and defeated the opponent and then it was connection issues, but looked different, it was completely black screen and just red connection sign. Then it ended and I lost and couldn't even see opponent's stats.

Is this person worth looking into or nothing suspicious?

First, post gonna get taken down soon because you never blurred the names out. Second magneto can 100% any fight apart from certain nullify or prowess removal champs as long as you play well. Since he is shock and bleed resistant. Assuming they have willpower.

This isn't even a GC meta, it is just VT.

Yes that fight is easily possible. QS puts a permanent slow early in the fight and willpower will be healing them. You just finally faced someone who is probably just good at the game.

Also disconnect issues have happened to people a ton in the past.

It's bronze 1 though, so there is no bleed or shock as its not gladiator circuit.

But Qs does drop a lot of debuffs, so willpower healing is possible?
