I'd do awakened Joe personally cause he's a nuke, when he's awakened those bleeds can stack up so high after just two or three sp1s. I used my 6* for pretty much everything from incursions and EQ to war and BGs, still haven't been able to awaken my 7*. Also, I'm pretty sure an awakened 7* will be great for Necropolis because of that massive bleed damage and the extra time due to him being a 7*.

I still haven't tested him after the dupe but have heard pretty good thing about him when duped

You definitely should test him, sp1 spam as long as they're not bleed immune and just watch their health bar melt. Also, hemostatic charge Joe in incursions is hilarious:
Since the current MCOC meta is slowly shifting focus from 6*s to 7*s, I would say Overseer would be the best choice. He's the best 7* science you have in your roster, with an easy rotation and great immunities. He's pretty versatile, and I'm planning to rank him up as my first science 6* r4
