7* Guardian 'True Northern Defense' synergy

So I pulled a 7* Guardian today & noticed that his synergy (with himself) doesn't scale upwards like his 3* 4* 5* & 6* variants. On lesser rarities, the + Block Proficiency increases with each rarity (capping at +1,250 for 6*) but the 7-star does not show any increase... what's the deal Kabam?

Most probable answer is because the 7 star version came out after he was released. Same thing with Odin and his prefights.
