A 0.2% chance with only 6 crystals available and they already have 7 star Kushala. I know it's possible but unless theres another way to get her they must have lucked out insanely hard to get her this early.

    Better question: what would 23 stars even look like on the champ profile? We’re already dangerously close to a 2nd row of stars. LOL
