Who to r3

These are my current 6 stars. I also have a 6 star ghost, quicksilver, spot, hit monkey, omega red and stryfe but they are all r1 still.
I wanna r3 them all but i would like to know in order who i should do (im in act 6.2 currently cavailer)

For your level, I suggest amping up your kingpin as it’s a safe bet for lots of story content, aq, aw, bg, etc. The others would demand different risky rotations you may have an issue

Doom rotation is risky?

Doom or Kingpin if you dont have a preference of what mode you are playing.

Hulkling if you are putting more focus on battlegrounds.
