Non mystics gaining power randomly

Hey so I don't know if I'm the only one but lately in bgs some non-mystics have randomly gaining power (about 1-0.5% of max power) when I'm not hitting them and they don't have an active power gain. It most commonly happens with mutants e.g. bishop, wolverine weapon x and more. So can someone tell me if its some nodes I'm just missing, champion abilities or its a bug (I'm still in victory track BTW)

Pretty sure the nodes have like a built in Mystic Dispersion for all classes. So whenever a buff of your expires they gain power
