Web store log in issue

I’m experiencing log in issues when trying to log into the web store with my kabam log in but I can log in with the same log in to the forum. Issue has been for a week as I claimed last weeks legends crystal. Suggestions?

    Safari browser cleared all data and still not working. Was able to log in with chrome with same password
