Amazon Gaming Rewards not loading in account

I fillowed the instructions to get Kushiel from Amazon gaming and it shows on Amazon as collected, but is not in my MCOC account. I restarted MCOC, tried everything. Nothing.

Amazon shows I collected rewards but in game I have not received them. iPhone 13 current iOS.

Did you attempt to claim with a browser other than Safari on iOS (iPhone)? If so, try again but make sure to use Safari instead of alternate browsers.

It is also possible the devs are trying to fix previously reported issues. If so the servers may be unable to retrieve the appropriate information at times. Try again later and see if the problem persists.

Does your Amazon account and Kabam account need to use the same email address or something?

Update: I found out that you cannot claim through the Amazon app. Make sure you are claiming through Safari.

I found on android, I couldn't use the default browser to claim.(And scanning the QR code on my laptop was useless)

When I swapped to a downloaded browser. (In my case, chrome for android), it then worked.

I believe you have to scan the QR code on a device that has the game loaded, because the QR code takes you to a redirect page that attempts to launch the game itself.

This worked for me on iOS claimed in Amazon app but wouldn’t show up in game, went to browser and it let me redeem in game and claim the items.
