EQ event quest 100% offer not showing up

Just finished this months EQ and paragauntlet 100% and was hoping to scoop up that 1000 unit offer if revives and potions but never had the offer pop up. Has this happened to anyone else?

    It shows up after initial completion, not 100%. But often it doesn't "pop up" like it used to for me. But if you restart it would show up.
