Baron Zemo new AI bug

There is currently a bug where defenders will hold on to their block after the first hit while rooted.
This is severely damaging Zemo’s damage output and only allowing him to apply 20 bleeds instead of 31.
I have video evidence of this happening and after several days of testing, it’s something that’s very common.

Scenario 1: Winter Soldier allows me to place 31 bleeds on him during my first rotation
Scenario 2: Winter Soldier blocks and doesn’t allow me to place 31 bleeds on him
For a r5 ascended champion the damage is pretty bad in general, considering I have all the masteries and relic that he needs, but he’s a utility champion so it’s ok. However my problem is that the rotation has become very inconsistent and it’s very frustrating to execute properly.
I would love if this bug were to be inspected and for it to be reverted to the way it was before the AI changes, where the defender would let go of block after the first hit thrown into it. @Kabam Miike @Kabam Jax
