BG error

Im grinding bg for last couple hours to get the 6* nexus, 7* shards and 6* abyss from the bg solo quest. But with hour left, and i am soooo close to my goal. Bg suddenly had an error and i cant enter or find a match anymore. Which means i wasted all my time, effort and resources now but can't reach my goal. It's so frustrating especially im just a few thousand points away. Pls do something about this.
