Hidden masteries

Those locked masteries have been there for a while now, when will they be available?
Considering the lame nodes coming for act 5.4, u could give us some better masteries as well.

Alliance bases will be here before we get new masteries

New masteries would be nice, but maybe adding a few more mastery points would be nicer. Maybe open up player leveling to 65 or 70.

Bases will never be in the game from what I've heard its not happening.
