OG Captain America - is a re-work foreseeable?

I actually love OG Cap, especially his blocking abilities. However, his damage is very weak. I think he would be an ideal champion to remove "buff" abilities like other science champions. Also, he could be the best blocker in the game, if executed well. Any other ideas for him?
