Necropolis Wiccan usage

Hey, im planning on completing Necropolis in the near future.
I'll mainly use Aegon and Wiccan.
I've read a lot about the paths and think the Titania->guardian path might be the best.
Are there fights, wiccan is better than aegon (less revives needed), except the last gm phase oc.

I had the same questions tbh, I think I heard Wiccan is good for air-walker but hopefully someone could confirm that. I was probably thinking to bring Wiccan along for that last piece of the grandmaster anyways.

i did that path with wiccan aegon and shuri. i used wiccan for most of air walker, arkus, dragon man, and nova. i threw aegon into all of them and got about 20-25% health off and then used wiccan for the rest. took about 2 revives per fight with wiccan

I'm thinking of using this team with Heimdall and Proxima for synergy. I can R5+ascend Aegon and have 7* Shuri at R1, but Wiccan is on R3.

Should I get Wiccan to R4 or would he do fine at R3? Thanks!

Edit: What fights did Shuri do best in btw?

i’d say rank 4 minimum for necropolis timer, i used a r2 7 star and even then he was really slow and couldn’t solo fights without running out of time

I took the exact path yesterday. Titania-guardian with Aegon. Chavez took Aarkus, Used Kate and Aegon for most of first half. Aegon made the Guardian section easy since he ignores autoblock. Used Wiccan for OS mainly and hadn’t realized he would be so good for GM last phase.

100% Aegon, except for team effort of Aegon and Wiccan on:

Aarkus, Captain Britain, Dragon Man, and Nova

Cheesed the whole GM fight with Aegon until the last 1%. You will deeply regret not having Wiccan for this last 1%. It was hard enough without the reverse controls.

Would you replace anyone on your team if you had to do it again?

Guardian can be replaced with Angela.
People underestimate her fury synergy with Aegon and Heimdall 😉

What's the strategy for using Wiccan? I have R1 7*

dragon man and arkus you just want to make sure to neutralize their power gain buffs. wiccan has good energy resistance so he took little damage blocking novas so 2 and air walker just needs to be heavied often so really anyone can do that fight

I deeply regretted not bringing a reverse control counter lol.

    What about this team
    AEgon
    Wiccan
    Heimdall
    Midnight
White mags (for the attack boost and passive stun to help with Air Walker, DM and Nova)?

Hmm, so good team could be:

Ægon (but only have 5* yet)
    Wiccan (7* R2, that’s great)
    Angela (6* R4 max Sig)
    Heimdall (just for Syns)
    ???

    Who for the last spot?

Why passive stun? DM goes stun immune so it won't help you there. Do air Walker and Nova shrug ? I'm using the same team except with Nick fir the attack boost

Seems like Aegon, Wiccan, and Heimdal are a good base.
The remaining two is kind of a toss up between synergizing with Aegon, or synergizing with other team members to indirectly benefit Aegon.

Proxima could replace Angela since you'd get the same Aegon-Angela synergy, and you'd gain a combo shield. You'd miss out on the Angela-Heimdall synergy for Fury, but practically speaking, I personally find having the dash back and hold block to not be something I do, especially if I am just reviving, doing damage, getting KO'd.

Nick Fury could be in the last spot, for the attack boost as well as potentially being able to do something himself if you need stun immunity or unblockable.

I never know what is the optimal math though - Nick Fury 10-20% attack boost vs Fury buff potency increase vs Fury buff that is 15% of base attack value.

    Why not proxima over starlord?
