Btw thanks I'll talk there
Your only recourse is to open a support ticket and explain your situation. However, I will state for the record that bravado is not going to allow you to bluff your way past a ban. There are a lot of people who think they can get away with stuff if they just deny it hard enough because they either think they are very clever and can't possibly be caught with certainty, so if they fight hard enough they might convince someone to doubt their conclusions, or they just don't care at all and will just fight the ban because they are combative people in general.
The devs are watching Necropolis very, very carefully, and they are using tools at their disposal that are more likely to catch cheating behavior now than in the past. Which means if you got away with it once, twice, and three times, and thus think you're uncatchable, I can tell you from direct knowledge that Kabam is improving their detection and investigation mechanisms all the time, as well as their means of deterring future violations. Just because you got away with it yesterday, doesn't mean you're going to get away with it tomorrow. And just because you think you know what the punishment was yesterday, doesn't mean you know what it is going to be tomorrow.
If you didn't cheat, that's unfortunate. But I would bet my lunch money that you did cheat, and are trying to bluster your way past the ban, since that's been the pattern for the last dozen or so people complaining about bans. The odds are very much in my favor.
