Gold Track locked after completing daily milestone

I’m unable to claim the gold track milestones despite completing the daily quest to unlock it. I can claim the plat track rewards but why are the gold track rewards still locked after completing said milestone?

Gold track is time-locked

Gold milestones are time locked, they will unlock one per day.

Same. That’s how it’s supposed to be. The booster lets you collect platinum track but not gold track. So when you progress it completes the day but doesn’t let you collect both.

It says there that I have sone rewards but it's not showing up and I already tried closing and reopening the game multiple times.
Also unable to claim the last special quest reward.
And I haven't received the good or bad summoner reward that everyone got
Please fix the issue.
I also can't access web store and purchase anything feom the unit store
