Cant do paragon difficulty

I completed eq thronebreaker 100% but after that i became paragon. How do i get the key now?

It is designed so that you need to ALREADY BE Paragon, prior to completing TB EQ.

You will start to be able to do that Paragon quest next month.

Some people who politely ask Kabam via Support (Request) Ticket have been given access retroactively, but that is not how it is designed to work in game currently.
