Why do people always say that OG vision is rare, he's one of the first people I ever got?

    Because you have to buy him. He's not in regular crystals.

    He cost $100 the first time they released him about 2 years ago. And the price has been about the same since then or with unit offers for him too.

    You are mistaken. Those two champs are very rare too. Kang has only been available as a rank reward or special prize in gifting crystals. And Deadpool as a 4* has only been available once in an arena.
