Shuri shock damage question

I’m using r2 7 star boosted shuri in necropolis, but her max shock damage is only about 5k. I see videos of 10-12k shock damage so what am I doing wrong? I have a 5 star hulk buster relic on her.

My r1 dealt 4.7k per tick, so a r2 should do about 6k per tick. Nothing too special, her damage is overhyped…

You can use misty/bp synergy for 10% shock increase + boost up to get that shocks.

Was the damage from maximum shock debuffs and passive?
