I can only use 2 of my champions on AQ

When I first joined AQ, I had all 3 of my champions, but when I logged in again, Im only able to use 2 of my champions, and the 3rd is locked.

We’re the third one on any other mode? Like story, AW or sq?

No, I only use them in AQ. I still haven't figured out why it could be. Thanks for follow.
