Ban on account

my account got banned recently even I didn't cheat in game . after completing my necropolis by taking 7+ hours i open the game again I found my account has been permanently banned for no reason, so I request you to please unban my account as I always support fair play in game and supports the ban system of kabam but this time it's isn't my fault.
