I really think you alk need to re work the arena ranking system. My whole family play and I do the least in the arena and get top 50%. When my brother in law maxes milestone out and doesn’t even rank or get the characters. Why is that or are there nore than just teo servers?

It all depends on how long you have been playing the game. I am guessing you have not played the game for more than a month or two?
They slot you into different tiers based on how long you have played the game (beginner, intermediate and veteran tiers). You were probably in beginner (less than a month playing the game) or intermediate (less than two months playing the game).
