LOGIN ERROR

Hello everyone it’s been around a year of me not playing the game but I experienced a notice that says “failed to login” everytime I open the game. I have been dodging this game for the past few months because I knew it was going to be draining trying to resolve the problem. Can anyone help me? I tried numerous times deleting and redownloading the game but it keeps doing the same thing. I also tried different fast networks and the problem has not been resolved. Due to this issue I have not played the game in what feels like forever.

I'm not sure up to which point that an account will be auto deleted for non log in

might be the case. best to submit a ticket and ask customer support about this
