Google account and kabam account link issue

I play game since few years and I just play game with Google account since I downloaded game,now I recently creat kabam I'd and link with Google account but my Google account progresses are not reflecting in to kabam account.what can I do now?

    Similar issue, I got a GameCenter account 7 years and every time I want to link it to a kabam account with the same mail it creates a new account. Anyone got a solution?
