Bet champs to ascend 5*?

I am gonna be getting primordial dust soon but i don’t know who I am to ascend. Does anyone know who is worth ascending? I currently have herc and white magneto ascended. Here’s a photo of my roster:

    I went with Magik and Quake because they're both great champions if you use them right, and because there not available as 6* and 7*.

    Didn't see either in your pictures, so I would go with Cosmic Ghost Rider

    If you don’t get a lot of 6* champs, I’d do folks that need high sig and you play a lot.
