Updating Bug

I'm not too sure what this bug is called or if its already been posted about, but sometimes when I try to load into a fight I get stuck on the updating menu. I found a YT video with a person experiencing the same thing: 
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hTy9wIP3d7Y. Anyone know any fixes? I've found uninstalling it and reinstalling it fixes it temporarily, but it's annoying that I have to uninstalled and reinstall the game constantly. Please help this has been a pain.
