Most in my alliance can’t join AQ

When we try to join alliance quest we get the no connection symbol. This started yesterday at the start of the new AQ. 3 people have been able to join somehow but most including myself still can not. I have to close the game down and reopen it every time. Great wifi
signal, everything else works great and fast. Only AQ.
Is anyone else having this issue?

    Have they already played 4 days this AQ cycle? That is the limit per player. You can’t do 4 days in one bg and then play in a different bg.

    Aaaaaah, I thought it was just the number of bg’s allowed each week. Makes sense, thank you.

    There are members in my alliance who was allowed to join AQ, but often get an error message for the last AQ and this when when try to move forward and we did not do the max days. This happened last month to if not mistaken.
