Summoner store and summoner market issue

Hey kabam, like u said in the message "log in and claim your free baron zemo according to your progression level"...well i have been doing that since yesterday ..i am already logged in but the site is still asking me log in and there's no baron zemo for me to claim ...plus there's the issue of free weekly legends celebration crystal ,, i have been claiming it on site but it never shows up in the game...kindly look into it ..and please respond before the event ends i really want that zemo!!

I am in the same boat and nothing seems to work. I have even made sure the password is the same for both

I am in the same boat too. Plus now I do t get Amazon Prime rewards either.
