Which Champion Should I Use My 6 Star Awakening Gem On?

I just purchased the advanced summoner bundle 2 from the underground shop. Which of these champions should I use the awakening gem on?

AA for sure, he benefits from it. You won't get using it on AA. He's great for BG as an attacker so that's a plus.

AA is the right answer. Several of these are good options too. Warlock, Shang Chi, Cap IW (if max sigs), and Adam Warlock.
